Detailed description of goods and/or services  Vanilla Vape is a business in the retail industry that sells vaping/e-cigarette hardware, e-liquid (International and Local) as well as Vape accessories. 


Delivery policy  

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of the order number. Courier services will operate in South Africa only. Orders must be placed before 15:00 to ensure orders are sent out in a timely manner.   Main Centers (Usually where there’s an airport) which qualify for overnight/next day delivery:   Regional Areas: Usually about 50km outside the main center. Which qualifies as 48-hour service delivery.   Outlying/Remote Areas:  Further out of range than a regional area.  Most outlying areas have specific days for servicing. Please consult with The Courier Guy if you have any further questions.  
  • Outlying areas will take longer than 1 day. (Additional Courier Charges May Apply. We will contact the customer/s if there is an addition Courier Charge)
  • No orders will be delivered on Fridays, Weekends and Public Holidays. ¬†
Orders over the R1500 will resort to free delivery... The collection in-store is an option as well.   Proof of payment needs to be sent to and payment needs to reflect in the Bank Account in order for the delivery to be sent.

Export restriction  

The offering on this website is available to South African clients living in South Africa only.  


Return and Refunds policy  

The provision of goods and services by Vanilla Vape is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vanilla Vape will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Electronic cigarette atomizers/cartomizers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant us.  All items (apart from batteries) will come with a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty; the client must inform Vanilla Vape of any issues within 24 hours of receipt via our email.   The client has to send a short video to showing proof of the issue. If Vanilla Vape deems the product to be faulty beyond fixing; the client will be offered an option of (1) a voucher for the value of the item or (2) a replacement of the item (if possible). In both cases, the client must return the product to Vanilla Vape. On the client’s expense.  



Disposables are not Refundable or Returnable. There is no Guarantee that all Disposables will work. This includes ALL the different Disposables.No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on any and all Replacement Disposable Flavor Cartridges or Battery Packs.

Customer privacy policy  

Vanilla Vape shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, ‚Äúpersonal information‚ÄĚ shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (POPIA). The POPIA may be downloaded from:¬† ¬†


Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency  

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).  



Vanilla Vape takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.  

Country of Domicile  

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Vanilla Vape chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 21 OR Thambo RD Witbank 1035 


Vanilla Vape may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
