Return and Refunds policy 

The provision of goods and services by Vanilla Vape is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vanilla Vape will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Electronic cigarette atomizers/cartomizers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use.  All our batteries come with a 30-day guarantee, any issues within the guarantee period must be sent in writing as well as a Video of fault to us via email.   All items (apart from batteries) will come with a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty; the client must inform Vanilla Vape of any issues within 24 hours of receipt via our email. 
The client has to send a short video to vanillavapesa@gmail.com showing proof of the issue. If Vanilla Vape deems the product to be faulty beyond fixing; the client will be offered an option of (1) a voucher for the value of the item or (2) a replacement of the item (if possible). In both cases, the client must return the product to Vanilla Vape. At the client’s expense.  

Disposables are regarded as consumable items. There is no return on disposable devices. You and I have no control of how that device is used once it leaves your store. Also from a hygiene perspective in this day and age, it is impossible to test. It is not putting the blame game on the customer but the variances in how one uses e-liquid, pods, coils and disposables is drastically different. 

Regrettably, no returns or refunds will be entertained on sale items.
