Introducing the Lost Vape Centaurus M100 Kit, With the device itself Manufactured using high quality aircraft grade aluminium maintaining a light weight of just over 100g and powered by an external 18650 Battery (sold separately), The M100 Kit can reach up to 100W of power with the QUEST 2.0 Chipset keeping things as accurate and responsive as possible. The Centaurus M100 also includes temperature control capabilities for nickel, titanium and stainless steel while also bringing the user several safety features keeping the device itself as well as the user safe at all times. Should you be caught out whilst on your travels by a low battery notification, You can also charge your battery via the integrated USB C cable enabling you to get back up and running in no time at all. Keep notified of all of your most relevant information thanks to the ultra crisp and clear 0.96” OLED screen for easy visibility at all times.

The minimalistic use of the Centaurus M200 has been carried over seamlessly to this new smaller form factor with the slide on/off switch still present alongside the simple to navigate 3-in-1 Jog Dial Interface placed around the outside of your fire button to enable simple one handed use at all times and featuring a handy LED battery indicator built into the fire button for instant notification at a simple glance of your battery levels. The panels on the Centaurus M100 have also been created using a simple “snap on” system using strong magnets for placement as well as maximising customisation possibilities.

Alongside all those impressive features includes the addition of the brand new Centaurus Sub Ohm Tank featuring an easy to use top filling system, A stepless airflow control system for fine tuning your airflow preferences with a fully leak proof design and compatible with the Lost Vape UB Max Replacement Coils for an jaw dropping Sub Ohm/DL vape. Delivery Information

At Vanilla Vape, we understand how important it is for you to receive your products promptly. That's why we strive to process all orders within 1 day, subject to availability and receipt of payment. We offer delivery services throughout South Africa, with timelines varying based on your location:

  • Main Centers: Orders placed before 15:00 qualify for next-day delivery to areas usually serviced by an airport.
  • Regional Areas: Typically located about 50km outside of main centers, delivery will take approximately 48 hours.
  • Outlying/Remote Areas: These areas may have specific delivery days and can take longer than 1 day. Additional courier charges may apply, and we'll contact you if this is the case.

Please note that no orders will be delivered on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays. Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery. In-store collection is also available. To ensure timely processing, please send proof of payment to vanillavape01@gmail.com.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Vanilla Vape is committed to providing high-quality products, but we understand that issues can arise. Here’s our policy to ensure your peace of mind:

Availability: If a product is unavailable, we will refund you in full within 30 days.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations by the client will incur a 10% administration fee.
Warranties:
1. Batteries: All rechargeable batteries come with a 30-day guarantee. If you encounter any issues, please email us within this period with a video showing the fault.
2. DOA Warranty: All other items (except disposables) come with a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty. You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt by emailing vanillavapesa@gmail.com, including a short video as proof. If the product is deemed faulty beyond repair, you can choose between a replacement (if available) or a voucher for the item's value. Please note that the return shipping cost is the client’s responsibility.
3. Disposables: Disposables are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not guarantee that all disposables will work.
