The UB Lite Series coils are designed to be used with the UB Lite pod kit by lostvape, constructed from Mesh and is available in three resistances, 0.4ohm (UB L1) is best used between 20-30 and is more aimed at a Direct to Lung inhale, The 0.8ohm (UB L3) is best used between 12-17w and is more aimed at a Restrictive Direct to Lung inhale wher as the 1.4ohm (UB L5) Coil is a full Mouth to Lung inhale best used between 8-10w.
